언더우드국제대학 언더우드학부 사무실에서 대학원생 조교를 모집합니다.

UIC UD office is looking for an graduate student assistant.

1. 지원자격(Qualifications)

- 본교 대학원생으로 성실하고 책임감 있으며 시간 엄수 가능한 학생

- 한국어와 영어가 모두 능숙한 학생

- Currently enrolled graduate student of Yonsei University who is punctual, diligent and responsible

- Fluent in both Korean and English

2. 근무기간(Working Period)

- 2025년 12월 22일부터 2026년 2월말까지 주2~3일 (업무평가에 따라 연장 가능)

- From December 22, 2025 to the end of February 2026, 2-3 days per week (with possible extension based on performance)

3. 근무시간 및 근무장소(Working hours and Location)

- 주 2-3일, 근무 요일 및 시간은 협의하여 조율 가능

- 신촌캠퍼스 대우관별관 315호 언더우드학부 사무실

- 2-3 days per week. Working days and hours negotiable through mutual agreement.

- UD office, Room 315, Daewoo Hall Annex, Sinchon Campus

4. 장학금(Scholarship)

- 장학금: 1,538,460원 (겨울방학 근무분)

- 2026-1학기 정규학기 및 여름방학 근무시 장학금 총액은 4,000,000원

- Scholarship amount: 1,538,460KRW (for the winter vacation)

- If you keep working next semester(including summer vacation), the scholarship will be 4,000,000 KRW.

5. 주요 업무(Job Description)

- 언더우드국제대학 언더우드학부 사무 보조: 전화응대, 자료 정리, 문서 업무, 기본적인 민원 응대, 기자재 및 공간관리 등

- Assisting with general administrative tasks at the UIC UD office, including answering phone calls, organizing materials, document organizing, answering basic student inquires and managing equipment and facilities.
