1. 학위수여 대상자 조회: 2026. 2. 12.(목) ~ 2026. 2. 23(월) (신촌과 동일)

2. 학위증서(학위기) 수령 및 석사 학위가운 대여·반납

가. 학위가운 대여료 납부기간: 2026. 2. 13.(금) 09:00 ~ 2026. 2. 23.(월) 14:00

나. 대여료 납부 절차: 연세포탈(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 학사정보시스템 → 학사행정 → 졸업 → 학위가운

다. 일시 및 장소

※ 가운 반납시 학위증서(학위기) 배부

※ 가운 대여기간 중 안내된 장소에서 대여·반납 가능 

※ 박사 학위 가운은 별도 대여 없음

3. 학위수여식 일시 및 장소

-일시: 2026. 2. 23.(월) 10:30

-장소: 신촌캠퍼스 노천극장

4. 유의사항
- 학위가운 반납은 ~2/23(월) 16:30까지 가능

- 2/23(월) 16:30까지 학위증서(학위기) 미수령 시, 신분증 지참 후 소속 단과대학에서 수령

- 학위증서(학위기) 대리수령 시 졸업생 신분증과 대리인 신분증 지참 필수

February 2026 Master’s·Doctoral Diploma Distribution & Master’s Gown Rental Guide

1. Inquiry Period for Degree Conferment Eligibility: February 12 (Thu), 2026 – February 23 (Mon), 2026 (Same as Sinchon Campus)

2. Degree Certificate (Diploma) Pickup & Master’s Gown Rental/Return Guide

 A. Rental fee payment period: February 13 (Friday), 2026, 9:00 – February 23 (Monday), 2026, 14:00

 B. Payment procedure: Yonsei Portal System (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Login → Academic Information System → Academic Administration → Graduation → Academic Gown

 C. Date, Time and Venue

※ Diploma (Degree Certificate) will be distributed upon the return of the gown.

※ Gowns can be rented and returned at the designated location during the rental period.

※ Doctoral gowns are not available for rental.

3. Commencement Ceremony

Date & Time: Monday, February 23, 2026, 10:30 AM

Venue: Sinchon Campus, Amphitheater

4. Notes

- Gown returns are accepted until 16:30 on Feb 23 (Mon).

-If the degree certificate is not collected by 4:30 PM on Feb 23, please bring your ID and collect it from your department office.

- For proxy pickup, both the graduate’s ID and the proxy’s ID are required
