We're informing you of the registration for the general graduate school course for the first semester of 2025.

Please make sure to check the following.


★ For new students, you must log in to Yonsei Portal as your "college number" when registering for the course. (Note that it is not your exam number)
  ※ You must log in for the first time, change your password, and select the "Graduate Course Enrollment" menu.
  ※ You cannot log in to the "Graduate Course Enrollment" menu with a 6-digit birth date password.


▶ Under Article 21-2 (Academic Probation) of the Graduate School Statutes and Regulations, students shall be placed on academic probation if their GPA falls below 2.0,

and if they are on probation for two semesters in total, they will be academically dismissed.

Students may be readmitted after dismissal, however, if they fail to meet the GPA requirement once again, they will not be able to apply for readmission.

Please bear this in mind and enroll for your courses after full consideration.



▶ Your tuition fee for an extra semester(5th or later semester of Master's/Doctoral program; 7th or later semester of Joint Program) will be charged according to the number of credits registered for. Please print your tuition invoice during the Additional Registration period.

  ※ Tuition fees

    - 0 credit: 12% of tuition(in the case of taking only the DIRECTED RESEARCH course)

    - 1-3 credits: 1/3 of tuition

    - 4-6 credits: 2/3 of tuition

    - 7 credits or more: full tuition


▶ Please check the attached course registration notice so that it does not interfere with each student's course registration.


1. New student and enrolled student enrollment period (including undergraduate supplementary courses): February 12, 2025 (Wednesday) to February 18, 2025 (Tue)

2. Period of confirmation and change of course application (including undergraduate supplementary courses): March 6, 2025 (Thursday) ~ March 10, (Monday)

  ※ Registration and change of course can be made from 10:00 to 23:59 every day during the above period (Saturday and Sunday not allowed)

  *Log in to the course registration system is available from 9:00 a.m. during the above period

3. Withdrawal of course: April 15, 2025 (Tue) ~ April 17, 2025 (Thu)

  ※ Same as undergraduate course withdrawal schedule
