the Google Form when submit the documents by post mail

• [University Track-General] Applicants from countries affected by the Middle East conflict (limited to the United Arab Emirates(UAE), Iran, and Kuwait) who are unable to submit their documents by postal mail may upload required scanned copies online for preliminary review. Accordingly, please combine all required application documents into a single file and upload it under Item 6 of this questionnaire.
