At the occasion of the launch of the EURAXESS South Korea office (a European Commission initiative which aims at improving and increasing the research exchanges between Europe and South Korea), a full day of seminar and workshops on Korea-Europe research cooperation and mobility opportunities will be organised.

This Info day: Europe & Korea Research Cooperation and Researcher Mobility is designed for you: researchers, S&T policy makers, research managers and anyone who is interested in learning more about Europe as an excellent research destination and the opportunities it presents.

1. This event aims to introduce you to a new initiative in South Korea, EURAXESS Worldwide, which serves all researchers and support them in their career development by providing vital information on research funding in Europe.
 2. It will also provide a platform for networking among and with the research community with a view to identifying opportunities for follow-up activities.
 3. In order to enable researchers to pursue prestigious funding opportunities such as Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and European Research Council (ERC) grants, we have organised hands-on trainings on application skills to these two funding programmes!

Attend the event and improve your knowledge about Europe-Korea cooperation and researcher mobility, and to gain important grant proposal writing skills!

EURAXESS의 국제 지부는 2018년 5월 대한민국에서 일곱 번째로 활동을 시작합니다. EURAXESS South Korea는 한국과 유럽(ERA, 유럽연구영역)의 학자 교류와 연구 협력 증진을 목표로 하고 있으며), 구체적인 내용은 세 가지로 분류됩니다. 먼저 한국의 학자들에게(모든 학술 및 산업 분야의 박사과정 수료생부터 교수에 해당됨) 적합하고 관련이 있는 정보를 제공합니다. 또한 학자들을 위한 네트워크를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 만듭니다. 그리고 글로벌 마인드를 지닌 학자들의 커뮤니티를 발전시킵니다.

EURAXESS 코리아의 모든 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 웹사이트(south-korea.euraxess.org)를 통해 편리하게 접근할 수 있습니다. 2018년 7월 13일, EURAXESS는 한국 지부의 개설을 축하하기 위하여 특별 행사를 개최할 예정입니다. 본 행사에서는 유럽과 한국에서 초청된 인사들의 특별 회담과 토론 등이 진행됩니다. 또한 유럽에서 온 전문 교육원이 EU 장학금(지원금)에 대한 두 개의 세션을 개최합니다.
